Hubungan Persepsi Gaya Kepemimpinan Transformasional dengan Semangat Kerja Karyawan

The aim of this research is to test the correlation transformational leadership style perception with work spirit on the employees. The Subject were 70 employees (age 22-45 years) from PT Indah Kiat This research used 2 kinds of scale, transformational leadership scale and work spirit scale. Data collection used non random sampling or proposive sampling, The result showed : there is a significant and positive corelation between transformational leadership style perception and work spirit (r) = 0.461, p = 0.000 (p < 0.05) The implication of transformational leadership on the work spirit are discussed.
